Revoking Prepaid Number

Validity of SIMs card phone number for 180 days

Metfone reserves the right to withdraw the Phone Number and SIM Card and to close the account of any Subscriber who fails to top up their number within 180 consecutive days of the expiry of their main balance. After the main balance expires:

• The Phone Number’s outgoing services will be blocked for 60 days.
• If there is no top up within the 60 days, the Phone Number’s incoming & outgoing services will be blocked for 30 days.
• If there is not top up within the 30 days, the Phone Number will be terminated and keep during 90 days for customer request restore using back. If there is no request restore using back, the phone number will make available to sale for other customers.
