- All new prepaid subscribers that activate in promotion period time.

3. Feature
3.1. Promotion for new prepaid subscriber activate
From 25/5/2009, when customer activate prepaid sim of Metfone, customer will receive more bonus:

• For MetEco, Met4ever sim have value $3 (MECO, M4EV)
• Have $6 in the balance after activation ($2 in basic account and $4 in promotion account) and 30-day validity period.

• For MetEco , Met4ever sim have value $2 (MEC2, M4E2)
• Have $4 in balance when subscriber refill 1st scratch card or Anypay (in promotion account) and double validity days of 1st scratch card.

• The newly subscriber activate of Student, Army, Police, Monk, Village, MetZone for fishery, BTS launching promotion and handset.
• When this subscriber active will be receive bonus according to policy for Student, Army, Police, Monk, Village, MetZone for fishery, BTS launching, handset.

3.2 Promotion for refill

Object:

• For all new subcriber activate in promotion period.
• For all activated prepaid subscriber before 25/5/2009.
• Not apply promotion for MetTravel.

Content:

• Bonus for first 5 refills (in promotion account) until 31/7/2009:
• Bonus 50% value for refill under $10 (<=10) (in promotion account)
• Bonus 100% value for refill over $10 (>10) (in promotion account)
• Refill is include normal scratch card and Any Pay.

Note: Total refill will add from 25/5/2009 to 31/7/2009

3.3. Other Regulation

• All subscriber receive incoming calls and get bonus $0.01/min in promotion period (bonus will be added to your promotion account in early next month).

• Free call to Call Center, free VAS (MCA, I share) following the policy of this services.

• Promotion account is for within-network calls, within-network SMS and VAS only.
• Basic account is for all call (within network, across network, international) and VAS services.
• The subscriber who get bonus of this promotion, will not get other bonus from other promotion for new subscriber;
• The subscriber that changes to other prepaid package will still get promotion when refill. The total bonus will be accumulated for the bonus of the first 3 refills.
• The subscriber that changes to postpaid package will not get promotion.
• The subcriber that changes from pospaid to prepaid will get refill promotion.
