·       Conditions to use ADSL service:

You must equip some hardware:

-          ADSL Modem (Can purchase from Metfone)

-          Computer and Ethernet Card

·         Procedure to register:

You must have the documents as follow:

·         For Cambodian citizen:

-         ID number, or equivalent documents like Passport, Family Book, Driving License, …

·         For Foreigners working in Cambodia:

-         Passport

-         The contract of leases house  

·         For Enterprise, Organization, and Representative agents:

-         Signature of authorized person and legal stamping

-         Business registration

-         Contract of leases (if available)

·         For the public internet service suppliers

-         Copy of business registration for public internet service supply

-         Certificated copy of Identification card of the representatives

-         Certificated copy of lease or estate owning certification by local authority

Note: The legal documents to connect ADSL must be at least 06 months of validity to the date you will register on. If you take the origin copy of the document a long with copied documents, the copied documents are not required to have a certification from the local authority.

·         Procedures for service changing and information adjustment in contract:

(Including service postpone, recovery, and contract transfer, ownership transfer, change location and other service changing)

The customer who requests for service changing is required to be a contract holder, and make a full payment of the debt (by the date of service changing). The customer must bring following documents to Metfone showroom:

·        Original copy of service supplying contract

·        Individual and legal certification

·        If the contract holder is represented by the other, please certify the documents of contract holder by local authority.
