Deposit and threshold
Subscriber type Deposit amount Threshold Type 1: waive roaming deposit with terms and conditions: · All postpaid subscribers who have the postpaid subscription deposit of USD 200/ subscriber. · 2 way active subscribers.
0 The max threshold for each type 1 subscriber: USD 200/ subscriber. Type 2: All remain postpaid subscribers have to leave minimum USD 200/ subscriber as a deposit of international roaming service. Min USD 200 The max threshold for each type 2 subscriber = postpaid subscription deposit amount + international roaming deposit amount
Note: o Threshold is the maximum limit usage for each subscriber including local services and international roaming service. o If customer wants to have a high threshold, customer’s deposit amount should be multiple of USD 200 (for e.g.: USD 400, USD 600, and USD 800…) Required documents:
o Introduction letter (apply for organization subscriber) o ID
Register guideline:
a. Apply for type 1 subscriber:
- If customers have the demand of international roaming service when they do the subscription, they will fill in the international roaming service order form. - If customers have the demand of international roaming service after subscription, they have to go to Metfone’s store/showroom to register service before leaving Cambodia . b. Apply for type 2 subscriber:
- If customers have the demand of international roaming service when they do the subscription, they will fill in the international roaming service order form and complete the deposit procedure for this service. - If customers have the demand of international roaming service after subscription, they have to go to Metfone’s store/showroom to register service and complete the deposit procedure for this service before leaving Cambodia . Procedure of terminate the service If customers want to terminate service, they must go to Metfone’s store/showroom to complete termination procedure when they come back Cambodia .
Terminate service fee: free Payment Clearance:
- Metfone will refund the international roaming deposit (if any) within 30 days after customers clear all relevant service charges and complete termination procedure. - If customers have not processed the termination procedure when they come back Cambodia , they can not get the deposit back. In this case, customers can apply for the next trip without register service. - The deposit is not considered as offset amount for customer’s charges. - Note: Customers will get the deposit back at the Metfone’s store/showroom where they pay a deposit. When customers go to Metfone’s store/showroom to get the deposit amount back, they must submit the receipt.
