How to terminate IR service

Post paid:

-          You can go to Metfone showrooms to complete termination procedure and take back the roaming deposit without any additional fee.

-          Payment clearance:

      Metfone will refund the international roaming deposit (if any) within 30 days after customers clear all relevant service charges and complete termination procedure.

      If customers have not processed the termination procedure when they come back Cambodia, they cannot get the deposit back. 

      The deposit is not considered as offset amount for customer’s charges.

Prepaid:

-          Composing message “OFF” to 131 (free of charge) to terminate our International roaming service.

-          Go to showroom or calling to our Call Center to terminate prepaid international roaming service.
