International roaming (IR) enables Metfone subscriber staying in touch through your current mobile number when going abroad.

Payment and charge Postpaid: Roaming charges shall be merged into your monthly invoices without any payment outside your home country. There are 60 countries, customer need to change into DUAL SIM at our showrooms before going abroad. In order to review the list, click here to know further information. Prepaid customer can use IR roaming when they are two way active and equal or more than 0.5$ in balance. Activating instruction - If customers have the demand of international roaming service when they do the subscription, they will fill in the international roaming service order form. - If customers have the demand of international roaming service after subscription, they have to go to Metfone’s showroom to register service before leaving Cambodia. b. Type 2 subscriber: - If customers have the demand of international roaming service when they do the subscription, they will fill in the international roaming service order form and complete the deposit procedure for this service. - If customers have the demand of international roaming service after subscription, they have to go to Metfone’s store/showroom to register service and complete the deposit procedure for this service before leaving Cambodia.
