In regretful, we would announce with apology that Deum Tnout Service is now terminated from our service according to the Inter-ministerial Prakas No. 323 by Ministry of Post and Telecommunication of Cambodia and Ministry of Economy and Finance. In term of this Prakas, all mobile operators are currently not allowed to provide any call bonuses that calling rate is below than 4.5 cents per minute.

In hence, Deum Tnout service is unavailable to register and uses from now until further notice.
